Pre-order shipping policy:
Pre-order period for the summer 24 collection opens from the 26th of May 2024 until the 13th of June 2024. Orders will begin to be shipped out from the end of June - mid July 2024. You will receive an email notifying you on the confirmation and shipping of your order.
In the case of you providing wrong information and wanting to change something, be sure to send us an email at 234byvondidi@gmail.com within 12 hours. If the order has been shipped before we are contacted about the change of an information, we apologize but the situation cannot be changed and you will have to place a new order to be able to receive the new item.
You will receive your order after it has been sent within 7-14 working days or earlier depending on the country the item is being shipped to. If your order is not received within the stated period, do contact us with your order number at 234byvondidi@gmail.com to ask about your order or request for a refund.
Regular shipping policy:
